This is a fabulous personal training facility. I joined just over 3 years ago and haven’t looked back. I used to be a member of David Lloyd and virgin active but this is by far a much better place to train. Jonathan offers group personal training and 1 to 1 training. I opt for the group personal training as I like working out with other people. There are never more than 8 training at a time and Jonathan delivers a very personal service within that remit. My fitness has improved and my body has become more toned with muscle definition where I want it and I love it. I usually train 6/7 times a week and can’t get enough. Jonathan has a vast knowledge of fitness, nutrition and physiology and is always happy to help and answer any questions.
I have been training for the past 18 months with Jonathan and White Method Fitness and have totally changed my attitude and approach to my health and fitness in a way I didn't think possible. He is an excellent trainer who's commitment to helping achieve your own fitness goals is really motivational. While hard work, the group and PT sessions are varied, fun and friendly but get the results. His knowledge, passion and respect for fitness and nutrition combined with his encouragement, patience and humour makes it a great environment to train in - couldn't recommend him highly enough!
Truly excellent! I have been training with Jonathan for about a year and a half now and still loving it! He's an excellent trainer who helps you set & achieve your goals. The team sessions are fantastic. You get to meet some amazing, friendly people who you can have a laugh with and help motivate each other. My weight loss has been gradual but my strength & fitness have improved massively. Couldn't recommend White Method Fitness highly enough!
4 years on and still going strong.......I watched a friend grow stronger and fitter attending sessions with Jonathan and decided to give it a go myself. Good decision on my part as I have improved my fitness and body tone and kept the weight off. Jonathan's personal commitment to ensure i achieve my goals is testament to his considerable knowledge in this field.Sessions are challenging but fair and the results show. Sessions are not overpopulated and you receive a personal approach with encouragement when required. Jonathan regularly reviews my goals and requirements and offers good nutritional pointers in my somewhat haphazard diet. If you want a more personal approach to your fitness then this is where you should attend.
