Toning Up & Conditioning
Do you want more muscle tone and definition? Losing weight is one thing, but nowadays most people want to be defined, healthy and fit. That is why toning up and conditioning are key parts of both my Slim Tone Method and Power Muscle Method.
One of my team’s favourite conditioning exercises is Boxing. This combined with free weights, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and lifting sessions are all designed to help you tone up and condition your body. One of the most critical parts of any plan is your nutrition. We have a specialist Glasgow nutritionist in our team on hand too if you are looking for meal plans and dietary guidance to help support your health and body goals.
Your nutrition is paramount towards improving your health and achieving the body you want. As a Glasgow personal trainer, most people think I have always been able to eat the right things with ease, but nothing could be further from the truth. I struggled with my diet for years (check out the about page and you will see what I mean). I know how difficult it is. That why I want to help my Glasgow clients maintain a healthy diet while working towards their fitness goals.
